Assisted Living
Residents reside in private Assisted Living apartments and have a customized program of supportive services designed for each individual.
Services provided through our Assisted Living Program include:
- Three meals daily and snacks
- Activity programs
- 24-hour staff support by certified nursing assistants
- Daily health monitoring
- Electronic call system for routine and emergency response
- Personal laundry
- Daily bed making
- Housekeeping
- Assistance with dressing, grooming, personal care, bathing safety and cueing
Residential Assisted Living
Residents receive services in their apartments under the Assisted Living license.
Adult Day Services
Those in Residential Living can receive services by coming to the Clinic on the third floor. A full disclosure of services statement is available on request.
Services available for additional charge include:
- Hair salon
- Guest accommodations and meals
- Guest parking with valet service
- Podiatry
- Dental hygiene
- Other Services
Assisted Living Rates
Each resident receives a custom-designed program priced according to their individual requirements.
Care services in the Assisted Living Program are assessed and priced using a point system (care points) that is based on a comprehensive program of services in the following categories:
- Dressing/grooming
- Bathing/showering
- Health/wellness management
- Nutrition
- Environment
- Sensory
- Physical abilities
- Communication tools
- Daily routines
- Cognitive/behavioral
- Continence
Other Services - Memory Support and Skilled Nursing
Exeter House residents have access to Skyline at First Hill's Memory Support services. This residential community offers memory support that is specifically designed for dementia and Alzheimer’s residents.
In addition, Exeter residents have access to Skyline at First Hill's Health Center with 34 Medicare-certified skilled-nursing beds.
Located just four blocks from our front door, Skyline offers free shuttle service to and from Exeter House.
