The Building

Originally constructed in 1926, Exeter House was once among Seattle's grand hotels. The building was acquired by PRCN in 1963 and in recent years PRCN has invested in substantial renovations for Exeter House, remodeling apartment interiors and restoring the stately building to its original grandeur. Today, it retains the unique architectural beauty and charm of a grand hotel, while offering the best of urban retirement living.

The Exeter House community features 78 independent living apartments, 26 assisted living apartments, and access to Skyline at First Hill's Medicare-certified Health Center with 32 skilled-nursing beds.

Exeter House also offers well appointed common areas — including the elegant grand foyer, spacious dining room, library and game rooms, and garden patio — where residents can enjoy spending time with their friends and families.
