Skyline’s dining theme is "elevated cuisine and service."
Skyline at First Hill offers two beautiful dining venues with a flexible meal plan. Our Olympic Dining Room features contemporary classic Northwestern cuisine, and the menus prepared by our talented chefs will feature local seasonal produce, fresh fish, choice meats, and artisan cheeses.
For a more casual dining option, Skyline offers Bistro 725. The bistro will be open for breakfast and lunch serving gourmet fair trade coffee and tea, fresh juice, deli sandwiches, organic micro green salads, and lighter entrée selections. Private dining, room service and in home catering are also offered.
